At Regis Burger we are serious about our food! With vast catering experience behind us we wanted a comfortable and friendly establishment, that is affordable but delicious.

Our beef is minced by us using our own special recipe and cooked to perfection

Our chicken breast is marinated in our blend of spices, tenderised in buttermilk, and then coated in our secret blend of crumbs.

Our pork belly is marinated overnight, then slow cooked to ensure maximum juiciness, then we add a dash of our own barbecue sauce.

Our wings are slow cooked for tenderness, fried until crisp, shaken with spice and then coated with our barbecue sauce for layers of flavour.

Sunday Roast Menu

Sunday roasts are served 12pm-4pm¬†every Sunday. Booking is highly advised, once it’s gone, it’s gone and we can’t grantee a roast for late walk-ins.

Having been chefs for almost 20 years between us, including both of us being head chefs at 2 different golf clubs, we wouldn’t be able to differentiate between weeks without them being punctuated with a good roast.¬†Therefore, you could say roasts are a bit of a speciality of ours, so we have brought them to our restaurant. We also serve homemade home comfort puddings.

We use the finest ingredients, including sourcing our Sussex beef from May’s of Stockbridge, and making everything homemade, from the yorkshires, to gravy made with our own stocks, to carrots braised with dripping and thyme, and duck fat roasties.
